  • Contact Data
  • Account Data
  • Content You Provide
  • Third-Party Data
  • Usage Data
  • Tracking & Cookies Data
  • Payment Data

Contact Data

We may collect information such as your name and email address in order to contact you.

For example, when you fill out a form on our web site and check a box indicating you want to receive a certain type of communication (such as an email newsletter) we will use your contact data to send you communications of this type. Or if you fill out a support request form, we will use your contact information to send you a response.

You may opt out of receiving any, or all, consent-based communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send. You cannot opt-out of communications required to perform a contract with you, for payment processing purposes, to comply with the law or where it is in our legitimate interests to contact you and it is not overridden by your rights.

Account Data

We may collect additional information about you when you register for an account, create or modify a profile or sign-up for or make purchases through the Services.

For example, you may provide additional information such as your company name, profile photo, bio or other details to be used by or displayed in our Services. Unless required for the operation of the Services, you do not have to provide this information.

Content You Provide

We collect and store content that you post, send, receive, share or otherwise provide to us (“Content” as defined in our Terms of Service). This content includes any information about you that you may choose to include as well as any files or links you upload to the Services.

Examples of content we may collect and store include: task lists, calendar appointments, descriptions and notes about tasks and appointments, scheduling information, planning documents and spreadsheets or comments you provide.

Third-Party Data

We may collect and store contact data, account data and/or content from a third-party (“Content” as defined in our Terms of Service) when you authorize us to do so (collectively “Third-Party Data”). This Third-Party Data is retrieved via an API or other means from the third-party and may be stored on our servers.

Examples of data we may collect and store include: task lists, calendar appointments, descriptions and notes about tasks and appointments, scheduling information, planning documents, application settings and other Personal Data such as your name, email and profile photo.

The specific third-party service providers we use for federated identity access are described in the Service Providers > Federated Identity Access section of this Privacy Policy and those for data integrations are described in the Service Providers > Data Integrations section of this Privacy Policy.

Access to third-party data starts when you authorize the third-party through the Services and stops when you revoke that authorization. Depending on the integration, you can revoke authorization within the web or mobile application, within your account settings with the third-party provider, or by contacting support.

After revoking data integration access, we may attempt to delete any previously synced data; however some data may be retained that is required for the operation of the Services. For example, previously synced calendar appointments that have been added to a daily schedule are retained so the historical view of that schedule remains accurate, and previously synced todos may be retained for you to continue to track them.

After revoking federated identity access, you will not be able to sign in via that third-party provider; however, we DO NOT automatically delete your account. Please contact support if you want to delete your account, or to convert your account to use a different sign in method.

We may also collect information how the Services is accessed and used (“Usage Data”). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Services that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

In addition, when using one of our web or mobile applications, we may anonymously track your usage patterns within the app such as clicks, mouse movements, and navigation details, and errors that occur during usage (“session recording”). We use this to improve the functionality of the app. We do not share this information or use it for marketing purposes. We do not associate this with your personal information, nor do we store your IP address after your session ends.
