Your Onboarding Has Been Scheduled
Thank you for trying out Day Optimizer. Below is important information about your onboarding.
Check Your Inbox
You should receive an email shortly with the meeting details and the option to add it as an appointment to your calendar. If you don’t receive it in an hour, check your spam folder or email [email protected].
Session Reminders
You’ll be sent an email reminder the day before your scheduled session. If you entered your mobile number to receive a text reminder, you’ll also get a text an hour before it starts.
Installing Zoom
If you have not used Zoom yet, you will be prompted to install it when you join the meeting.
If you want to prepare ahead of time, you can also download the Zoom client. It is not necessary to do this ahead of time, but it can save you some last minute stress. Rarely are there any problems getting Zoom installed or configured.
If you do have any problems installing Zoom or connecting to the web meeting, please contact [email protected]. Alternate web meeting platforms are also available when Zoom does not work.
Rescheduling or Canceling
Please try to attend at your scheduled time. While it may seem hard for those with busy schedules, the success rate between those who do the onboarding session and those that don’t has been dramatic. At this time, all new users are required to go through a personalized, one-on-one onboarding.
That said, schedules change and things come up. If you need to reschedule or cancel, you can do so using the links provided in the email sent to you containing the appointment details or email [email protected].
