Next Steps

  1. Add [email protected] to your “Contacts List” in your email program to make sure you receive all the emails.
  2. Schedule 15-20 minutes each day to go through the challenge exercises. Schedule up to an hour for Sunday.
  3. Add the group coaching calls to your calendar:

    All calls will be recorded and posted in the Facebook group so you can watch them at your leisure if you cannot attend.

  4. Join the Stop Being a Time Optimist Facebook group to connect with your fellow participants and get your questions answered in between coaching calls.
  5. Do it with a friend. Send a friend who might benefit from the challenge a link to this page to register.
